Nothing. Your resumes stay in your account, and you can still edit and download them without using any credits. You keep any remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, you simply won't have new monthly AI credits unless you come back to a paid plan. Credits from a credits pack stay with you.

Yes. A credits pack is a one-time payment with nothing to renew. Its credits never expire, it adds 6 more resumes to create, and it opens every Pro feature, tailoring and live job search included, even on the Free plan.

Your plan's own credits and resumes are always used first, on Free too, and the credits pack takes over when they run out.

On Max, yes. Each month's credits last two months, and the older ones are spent first, so a quiet month's credits wait for the next one. Pro credits refresh every month. A credits pack never expires.

A move to more monthly credits applies straight away. You pay the new plan's full price for a full month today, and today becomes your billing date. The credits you had left carry over on top of the new allowance, so nothing you paid for is lost. You see the exact amount before you confirm.

A move to fewer monthly credits takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep everything until then.

Yes. Your resumes stay in your account. They aren't sold or used to train AI models, and go only to the services that run them (see our privacy policy).
